Tammy is an Accountant who spent over 15 years in various finance roles. Her experience spans roles in strategic planning and budgeting, financial analysis, project & systems accountancy, and financial control. Leaving the finance world, she joined operations as Purchasing Manager of a computer equipment distributor, managing the import/export of stock, inventory and logistics.
A constant need in all her roles was for reliable information from business systems and to report and analyze results. As she increasingly became involved in system solutions, managing the implementation of new ERP systems (SAP, Chorus), it was only a matter of time before she was designing and developing a data warehouse and OLAP cubes.
In 2003 Tammy joined PrecisionPoint Software. As the business grew she took on the roles of Senior Business Analyst, Product Specialist and Professional Services Manager helping clients get the most out of their solution. In her current role as Chief Solution Architect she works directly with the development team drawing on experiences gained over the years and designing it into the PrecisionPoint solution.
Outside the business, she is an avid skier and voracious reader. She also spends rainy Sundays gaming.
Head of Professional Services
Ross has spent the last 16 years working within ERP, BI and project management. In his 7 years as a corporate analyst for the Holiday Autos group of companies he used Corvu software before joing Epicor Software as an ERP applications expert. He has also held project management roles at both Accenture and L3 communications.
In 2012 he joined PrecisionPoint team to work in professional services. Having been through the pain of building and managing BI solutions from various source systems, he says: “I was amazed by the simplicity that the PrecisionPoint solution offers the end user. The concept of an out-of-the-box sanitised solution appeared to be too good to be true, but after seeing for myself, I decided to make the move and join the business”. A few years later, he is heading up the professional services team and client success.
Outside of work, Ross spends his time throwing himself down hills on mountain bikes, hiking and working on cars, motorbikes, bikes or anything else mechanical that he can get his hands on!
David’s first introduction to BI was working on a Business Objects project whilst at Logica almost 15 years ago. Having seen the potential and benefits of BI, he went on to lead the BI support team at Sage where his knowledge, understanding and real world experience of databases and cubes developed. He joined PrecisionPoint in 2010 after spending two years supporting a number of critical applications for a local authority. “ I immediately saw the power and benefits of PrecisionPoint and thrive on helping customers get the most out of PrecisionPoint and resolving any issues that occur” David said.
Outside of work he likes to travel and spend time with his family.

Noah has worked in the Business Intelligence (BI) space all of his career and has enjoyed every (well, nearly every) minute of it. During this time, he has been given responsibility for the design, build, and implementation of various BI projects. Noah joined the team from a PrecisionPoint for NAV customer and has seen first-hand the value the product generates, giving him a unique perspective within the company.
Noah says, “I’m excited to lead a team in the US that helps companies recognize the benefits of PrecisionPoint but also to help them realize the product’s potential in practice.”
Outside of work Noah spends his free time with his wife and 6 kids hanging out, at a chess tournament, or a soccer game. When the opportunity and time presents itself, he likes to be out on his bicycle on either a road or a dirt trail.
