Eurosimm required a more efficient way of accessing in-depth accounts information stored within Dynamics NAV. Its use of Excel to identify trends had its limitations and entailed logging back into NAV for further interrogation of specific items. The moving back and forwards between Excel and NAV was time consuming and ultimately, the process was unable to deliver the level of drill down needed.

By integrating PrecisionPoint with the telephone system via Navision, the company can see at a glance the number of sales quotes produced in any one day, the numbers of phone calls made and from the sales quotes made, the number of orders taken and invoiced.
Eurosimm benefits from clearer communication with the sales team operation and has gained access to better intelligence about the products that are proving the most popular. This is invaluable in helping to ensure stock levels are always kept to an optimum level.

The ‘Daily Sales Person’ report has proved so effective, the company now plans to extend its use and add email capability.
General Ledger analysis and 3 and 6 month Sales analysis
Eurosimm uses PrecisionPoint Connect for post accounts analysis. The financial insight provided by the system is increasingly driving business direction and has made it possible to track escalating costs and link those costs to trends in revenue. In the past the information was there, but making the link was difficult.

It is now two and a half years since PrecisionPoint Connect went live and over that time, the company has found if support is required, it is ‘very quick’ and it ‘solves everything.’
