Paul Druckman, FCA
“Paul, a Chartered Accountant, primarily operates as a non-executive Chairman and Director, after a highly successful business career as an entrepreneur in the technology sector. Currently he is chairman and non-executive director of businesses and organizations ranging from the world of software to business support, including being re-appointed for another 2 year term as board director and chair of the Audit Committee of the UK accounting regulator - the Financial Reporting Council. He is independently involved with thought leadership programmes and speaking engagements in specialist areas of technology, medium businesses and of corporate social responsibility, being a member of a variety of government and big business sponsored steering groups. Recently Paul has founded the M Institute www.m-institute.org focused on a vision of making the medium sector of UK plc distinct from the “SME” label, with the objective of being the trusted information source and support infrastructure for mid-size businesses. He is the immediate past-President of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and chairman of the CCAB (the 6 UK accounting bodies), along with being a member of the City Takeover Panel.”
John Louth
John Louth held senior positions in Burroughs Corporation, based in France and USA; he was Managing Director of Tandem Computers Ltd for several years in the 1980's, and moved to become VP International of Sybase Inc in Emeryville CA. In 1997 became European General Manager of Micronetics Inc until its acquisition by Cache Inc. after which John set up European distribution for Embarcadero Inc of San Francisco. He is currently chairman of Sunrise Technology Ltd, providing specialist financial services to the IT and materials handling industries.
